If you forgot your password you need to reset it. Please notice that we provide four ways to sign in:

• Normal sign in with username (email address) and password
• Sign in with Facebook
• Sign in with LinkedIn
• Sign in with Google

You can only reset your password if you are using the "Normal sign in" method. If you connected with Facebook, LinkedIn or Google you cannot reset your password.

How to reset your password

• If you are logged into CalendarX, please sign out.
• Navigate to Forgot password
• Enter your email address
• If your email address was found in the system, we will send you an email with a reset token.
• Go to your email inbox, open the email and click the "Reset password" button. In case you did not receive an email, please check your SPAM folders.
• When you have clicked the "Reset password" button, you will be taken to a page where you are able to enter your new password.
